We have a great opportunity for a Sales Director to join our team based in Liverpool Street (London Wall)
We are looking for an exceptional sales leader for our UK & Ireland business. Reporting to the Managing Director of Client Solutions you will be leading a field based sales team of Channel Leads/Directors and Business Development Managers. From Enterprise level outsourced MSP/RPO solutions to onsite delivery models this team will be responsible for selling the full portfolio of Randstad solutions.
The Sales Director will manage the activities of this team including ensuring we have appropriate pre-engagement strategies, good lead generation and compelling win themes that harness the capabilities, technology and innovation you would expect from the global market leader.
In this role you will be responsible for: Develop, execute and report against a clearly documented market strategy (including defined market segmentation) in order to develop and win new enterprise and commercial level business across the UK and Ireland.Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer baseForming short, medium and long term sales strategies to keep our company competitive and innovativeBuilding and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsSeeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier buyers in your industry Overseeing and managing a large team of Sales Managers, typically spanning a wide geographical areaIdentifying valuable emerging marketsAccurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplaceServing as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions
To be successful in this role you will: Significant track record of leading pursuit teams to deliver best in class MSP/RPO total talent solutions across a range of Enterprise and midcap clientsKnowledge of appropriate technology solutions including but not limited to VMS and ATS platformsExperience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by the executive team and directors.Evidence of successful large and complex sales achievements, including detailed solutions against tight deadlinesA knowledge expert and thought leader across PSL, MSP, RPO and Total Talent solutions to Enterprise level clientsExperience of leading and managing a large field based sales team
