Sales Executive
Central London (Commutable)
Salary: £55k-£65k basic +£40k uncapped

The role:
You will be picking up qualified business leads (UK based businesses) generated by the demand generation team with a view of increasing the businesses client portfolio. You will manage the full sale cycle selling into Enterprise accounts to C-level decision makers, working with the consultancy team you will ensure the opportunity on offer is doable and the best level of service is adhered to.
Upon joining and to ensure you are able to build a strong pipeline from day one you will be given a selection of accounts with the sole task of managing and growing their spend.

Our client is disrupting the world of consultancy and changing the way businesses approach/manage their talent requirements.
Working with large Enterprise accounts, they learn more about their client's business goals and assess how they can get there by identifying their talent requirement. Is there a skill gap? Do they need more people? Do they need to create a new role? Once they have identified the need they are able to offer solutions including what needs to be done in order to ensure they are able to reach their business goals.
With a number of qualified hot leads waiting to be met with they are now looking for a hungry and motivated Sales Executive to join the team.
About you:
·Hungry, driven and motivated
·Experience of working with Enterprise business
·Experience in/knowledge of talent and recruitment
·Ideally experience in a new business position selling a consultancy solution (although not essential)
