Permanent, full-time Sales Negotiator opportunity paying £15,000 - £19,000 PA + commission with an immediate start. You will need to be hard working and flexible, able and willing to work in a dynamic, fast paced industry. You will need to have strong sales and customer focused background on a telephone and face to face basis.
*Taking calls from potential and existing clients
*Liaising with contractors
*Providing admin support for both the lettings and sales experience
*Arranging property viewings
*Negotiating offers between vendors and purchasers
*Sales progressing, liaising between solicitors, surveyors, vendors, purchasers and mortgage brokers
*On-going review and maintenance of client and property database
*General office admin
You need to be able to demonstrate:
*Good PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Proven customer service skills
*Strong administrative and assistant capabilities
*Highly organised with the ability to multi task and meet deadlines
*Able to balance a heavy workload, in a busy environment
*Polite and professional in personality and appearance
*High attention to detail
*Strong team player
*28 days annual leave with bank holidays
Working: Full-time Monday - Friday and Saturdays on a rota basis.
