Alongside the sales representatives, the solution consultant is on the front line, understanding the business needs and delivering the solutions to meet them. The primary responsibility of the sales engineer pre-sales technical supporting the sales organisation in generating revenue. Responsible for presenting technical solutions to customers, respond to RFI/RFQs, support customer evaluations of the products, act as technical resource to the customer in support of sales during the entire sales cycle, oversight of project implementation/roll-out and support escalation for key accounts.The Sales Engineer position is also accountable for developing, implementing and supporting sales demonstration infrastructure.
