I am recruiting for a Sales Support Coordinator to join an established, expanding team, starting imminently. This is a permanent opportunity for someone to join a business at an exciting time of continued growth and on-going success. Located in Swindon, with on site parking and nearby amenities, paying a salary of up to £22,000, working Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week. I have recently visited and placed with this business and can personally comment on what an exciting, successful time this if for this company - having recently invested in new technology, people and systems!

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will gain exposure to all aspects of sales and marketing, within an admin function, with limited telephone work - working alongside the new Sales and Marketing Manager. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
*Liaise with customers and clients mostly via email - limited telephone work
*Build and maintain internal and external relationships - with colleagues, suppliers and contractors
*Quoting and invoicing
*Process orders
*Organisation installations and delivery
*Marketing administration
*Database upkeep
*All sales and marketing admin support to team

Essential Skills:
*Excellent administration and communication skills
*Ability to pick up work and systems quickly
*Strong Microsoft abilities
*Organised, driven and hard working
*Adaptable
*Happy working in a busy, business important role
*Interest and understanding of sales and marketing functions
