Are you a recent graduate or college leaver looking for a challenging role with scope for development? If so, this is a great opportunity to work in a forward thinking dynamic environment within a fast growing company.

The position of Sales Support is to support the pre-sales team with preparing demonstrations, completing analysis and presentations for assessments to build business cases and determine ROI for prospects. The role will also involve providing support to the Bid Manager with tenders. Travel may be required on occasional basis. It is intended
that this role will develop in to a field-based Pre-Sales consultant.

Responsibilities:
- Use systems to produce detailed analysis, presentations and reports that highlights areas of inefficiencies for assessments.
- Assist with maintaining the demo data for products, ensuring high quality data is ready for demos.
- Update demo scripts, factsheets and any other documentation used by pre-sales as required.
- Attend assessment feedback sessions and respond to queries as required.
- Assist with the completing of tenders as required.
- Supporting the Bid Manager with ad hoc tasks e.g. developing and maintaining the bid library
- Liaising with the product team regarding product features and changes, helping to keep the company's products at the forefront of the industry.
- Occasional attendance at conferences and exhibitions to promote the company's products.
- Support the pre-sales team with any admin work.
- Develop the ability to demonstrate software products with the intention of becoming field based.
