Sales/Lettings Negotiator - £18000-£20000 per annum

Permanent

The successful candidate will be a confident, charismatic and driven Sales/Lettings Negotiator with a proven sales history seeking a new role within an established property business based in Bedfordshire. Working within a small close knit team, the candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting sales and promoting this successful business throughout the Bedfordshire market.

Responsibilities



* Valuations and property sales within your region
* Providing superior customer service to current and prospect customers
* Be able to win new business and create new opportunities
* Maximising fees

Skillset:



* 2 years property experience and a proven track record in this environment
* Experience of working within a small office environment
* Excellent customer service background
* Good Microsoft Office knowledge
