Maintenance Scheduler / Planner

Up to £25,000 + Package

Denton, Manchester

8 - 4.30 - Monday to Friday shift.

Are you are looking for an exciting new role with competitive pay, opportunities for progression and personal development? We are looking to recruit a scheduler in Manchester to work on an iconic retail contract.

Summary of Role:

To plan and schedule reactive and planned maintenance jobs to the engineers with the correct skill set, ensuring we meet the service level agreement target set (SLA's) set by the client.

You will be responsible for planning achievable day's work, improving wrench time and decreasing travel time.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

* Scheduling a month in advance ensuring all planned maintenance and reactive jobs are booked
* Responding to urgent jobs 4hrs, Same Business Days, 24 hours, ensuring an engineer is in attendance - an in-house tracker is available to see the fleet.
* Using the systems and reports available to continually improve efficiency's
* Ordering plant to be delivered to site for high level work
* Managing the fabric process - booking in jobs, suspending deliveries with the client and arranging for permits to be issued within the team
* Liaising with engineers to ensure their work is achievable, dealing with job queries and organising their diaries
* Booking engineers holidays
* Keeping Team Leader diaries up to date
* Ensuring e-mails are responded to in a timely manner
* Working with the L3 contractors and scheduling joint visits when needed
* Adhoc Administration duties

Relevant Experience:

Previous scheduling experience

Experience in Maximo

Must be able to use Excel.
