Scheduler Administrator

A residential developer who works with housing associations is looking for a scheduler administrator to be based in North London on a permanent basis. contract.


* Team events (drinks, food, parties)
* A friendly team
* Close to several stations and busses for an easy commute
* Room for progression
* Paying £19 - £23 K


* First point of contact for Operatives
* Diary Management for operatives of all trades
* Tracking materials on order
* Booking inspections and follow on works on site with operative and resident
* Using outlook, office in-house systems
* Exceeding and meeting all deadlines
* Dealing with complaints and phone calls
* Making contact with client in order to have variations and quotes authorised for works to proceed if over the agreed limit for works to be done
* Completing reports and updating spreadsheets
* Contacting resident via phone or letter to update or advise of outstanding works
* Ensuring jobs raised in the interface are booked in within target

Candidate Requirements:

* Have good attention to detail
* Previous experience working in a similar industry - rail, civil engineering, construction
* Experience working in the commercial sector - commercial administration, assistant / junior QS level
* Be technically strong and proficient user of Microsoft Office Packages inc Excel
