Inside Sales Executive (school/college leavers)

Location: Southampton

With a large national network of service centres and employees, our client have got an enormous reach. As a metal merchant they work with a wide and varied client base – everyone from manufacturers of airplanes and Formula 1 cars to the construction industry!

We’re now working on their behalf to bring on board ambitious school/college leavers looking for a great company to kick start a rewarding and dynamic career with as an Inside Sales Executive!

You’ll get plenty of on the job training from the client to make sure you’ve got every skill necessary to take charge of this opportunity, as well as industry recognised training delivered by Pareto Law.

Some of your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Creating new opportunities and managing the business process from start to finish
  • Reaching out to potential new clients through a variety of channels
  • Developing your understanding of the metals market and trends and development
  • Finding new ways to upsell/cross sell to your portfolio of clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
We're looking for determination, confidence and professional attitudes: show this andq you could quickly go on to manage their own trading cycles, closing your own deals and seeing rewards for yourself and results for your team.

The Candidate:
  • Minimum of GCSE in Maths and English
  • Ambition and an interest in a career in sales
  • Excellent phone manner and confident communication skills
