A Multi-Academy Trust in West Sussex seeks to appoint 3 Science teachers to start in September 2019. The schools are located across the south coast and Crawley for ages 11-18 so there may be opportunity to teach at key stage 5. Being a Multi-Academy Trust, there is ample opportunity to experience different settings as well as having excellent NQT support in place.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Preparing lessons in line with the curriculum
* Delivery of Biology, Chemistry and Physics lessons with the possibility or teaching your specialist subject up to key stage 5
* Setting challenging homework which effectively links the lessons
* Marking and providing effective feedback on completed work
* Managing classroom behaviour
* Ensuring the safety and safeguarding of children
* Attendance at school events such as parents evening

Key requirements for the position include:

* A clear and up-to-date enhanced DBS check (we can support you with your application)
* Experience of teaching Physics, Chemistry & Biology
* A degree and a relevant teaching qualification
* Evidence of the right to work in the UK
