Secondary Science Teacher required in Blackpool.

Are you currently a Teacher of Science who is strong, focused and determined to make a real difference within the classroom? Do you take a proactive approach have a passion for delivering the curriculum in a way that makes learning fun and informative with each lesson having a clear learning objective that each student achieves. Are you looking to make a difference to the lives of young people and be an inspiration to the next generation of scientists!

This large secondary school is recruiting for a Science Teacher from September 2018 to January 2019. The school has with a strong team ethos and fantastic support network in each department.

You will be responsible for teaching, chemistry, biology and physics up to key stage 4, planning, preparing and marking work, ensure that the pupils are on track to hit their projected grades and preparing them for exams and attending any after school meetings / parents evenings as required.

You will be required to undertake this role as if you where a permanent member of staff and will be welcomed as so by the team within the department. You must be a qualified Science Teacher with QTS to be considered for this role, the school will consider an NQT providing that you have the passion, drive and enthusiasm for delivering the science curriculum to the high standard expected by the school.
