Randstad Education Liverpool is seeking a Science Teacher (core subjects to Key Stage 3) for a school based in Liverpool to starting in January 2019, running until the end of the academic year.

* A degree in Biology, Chemistry or Physics
* Excellent organisational skills
* An ability to promote effective teaching and learning

* Experience teaching in a similar role within the last 2 years

Responsibilities



* Planning, preparation & delivery of curriculum necessary subject matter
* Providing engaging and interactive lessons
* Communicating with parents and carers over pupil's progress and participating in departmental meetings, parent's evenings and whole school training events
* Participating in and organising extracurricular activities, such as outings, social activities and sporting events
* Preparing pupils for qualifications and external examinations
