An excellent opportunity for an experienced PA/Secretary to join a renowned organisation in Birmingham City Centre.

Role details;



* £12.64 per hour
* Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
* 1 month temporary role
* Start date: 15/08/2018

Duties to include;



* Audio and Copy typing
* All aspects of Administration
* Letter writing
* Secretarial support to management team
* First point of contact for queries
* Email/telephone correspondence
* Diary management
* Travel arrangements
* Data Entry
* Covering reception when required

Skills/Experience required:



* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Minute taking
* 50 words per minute typing speed
* MS office proficient
* Excellent analytical skills
* Accuracy and attention to detail
