Are you looking for a new freelance role? Have you previously worked for a main contractor on major Civil Engineering projects before? Then read on!

We are looking for a Section Engineer to oversee paperwork and sub contractors for a Heavy Civil packages in Hampshire.

Ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role for a tier 1 contractor and shall interview in the coming weeks for the earliest possible start.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Overseeing and being responsible for all site staff and subcontractors as well as attending client meetings
* Management of subcontractors and logistics
* Producing a high level of paperwork e.g. RAMS, ITP's, RFI's and QA sheets etc.
* Overseeing rolling programme, inspection and test plans
* Checking the quality of the works completed on site.

Candidate requirements

* Main contractor experience within heavy civil projects.
* Previously worked on RC Structure packages
* Valid Degree qualification or equivalent
* Valid CSCS ticket
