A specialised college in the Brighton area is looking for a learner support worker who has experience working with young children/ adults and is looking to join a well established college and become a permanent member of their team in September. You will be working with young adults who are on all ranges of the autistic spectrum so a good understanding of Autism is essential.

Your role as a learner support worker will include:
Manage small groups for more focused tasks
Create a positive rapport between you and the learners
Support students in their outdoor activities and field trips
Support and assist the teacher making sure you're involved in planning
