All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
● A Teaching Qualification
● Experience of teaching PE and science at GSCE level
● Experience of working with children and young adults with challenging behaviour
● Relevant knowledge of the current national curriculum
● Eligibility to work in the UK
● The ability to deliver a variety of teaching strategies
● A passionate enthusiasm for teaching and learning
● Effective behaviour management and motivational skills


Responsibilities:
* To be accountable for leading, managing, developing and teaching science and PE lessons across the school
* To be accountable for students' progress, ensuring that each individual achieves their full potential across all PE and science disciplines
* To ensure that effective strategies are in place to further raise standards of student attainment and achievement
* To oversee the provision of an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for in accordance with the aims of the school and the curricular policies
● To plan and deliver lessons with passion and confidence
