We seek to recruit passionate Learning Support Assistants to work alongside children and young people with a multitude of Special Needs. This will start off on a temporary basis; long term and full time position, but will lead to a potential permanent contract. The roleWorking as a Learning Support Assistant, you will be supporting children across all Key Stages, accompanied by a Teacher and other Support Assistants. You will be working with children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs; MLD, PMLD, SLD, Autism, ADHD and Physical Disabilities. A lot of these students have a challenging background and are in need of some significant support to help grow their self esteem and confidence, as a teaching assistant you can have a massive impact on their lives.
