Working alongside a specialised SEN curriculum provided by the school, you will shadow several teachers each week to understand how to effectively plan sessions, design individual student plans and to manage your class. The curriculum is based around the CABAS curriculum (Comprehensive application of behaviour analysis) for students who have Autism and speech and language needs. In addition, you will also participate in their excellent practical curriculum which includes: Forest school, gardening, community projects and work experience days.

- To shadow the main teacher to understand the basic of classroom management
- Attend training sessions each week to help support your coursework
