Job responsibilities:
- To help students communicate effectively with peers and staff
- Work in one to one and group settings
- Participate in all activities
- Contribute to student progress and understand students social and emotional needs
- Feed back to main teacher in regards to successes through out the day

Key Skills:
- Have an understanding of working with Autism and complex needs
- Understand how to contribute to students Independent learning plans
- Have own means of transport (essential)
- To be flexible in working hours and commitment
