A special educational needs school in Essex is looking for an SEN teaching assistant to start work in September. At this school you will be able to show off your creative flair and focus largely on interactive learning. You will have access to state of the art facilities designed to engage and develop children with a wide range of special educational needs.

Your responsibilities will include:
-Supervising and monitoring behaviour
-Working in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
-Providing feedback to teacher on progress and development
-Creating a positive and safe environment for all learners

An ideal candidate may posses the following skills and capabilities:
-Good numeracy and literacy skills
-Ability to build appropriate relationships with children
-Experience working with children aged 3-19
-Good ICT skills
