With several students to your class, you will work alongside the main teacher to support students with autism and complex needs to access an interactive and hands on curriculum. This may include such subjects as: Outdoor education and community visits.

Job responsibilities:
- Work in one to one and group settings
- Support students social and emotional needs
- Feedback to main teacher in regards to successes and even better if
- To participate in all activities and support in all outdoor educational trips
- Liaise with specialists to ensure that all students are able to access the specialised curriculum

Key Skills:
- To have an understanding of Autism and complex needs
- Experience in SEN, Education or support worker roles
- Have own means of transport (essential)
- Adaptable to working with students in KS1- College level
