A secondary school in Brighton are looking for a resilient individual who can work with challenging behaviour. You will be supporting students who have social, emotional and mental health challenges on a daily basis. You will work towards breaking down the barriers that they face and guiding them to be the best version of themselves.

Your role will require:
* Understanding each students' health plan
* Liaising with the teacher to ensure all learners are supported
* Engaging with the learners to keep them on task
* Delivering 1:1 or small, group-focused lessons when required

The skills required:
* Good Maths and English skills
* Patience and flexibility to deal with changes that may present themselves due to the nature of the learners
* The ability to look after children's physical, social and emotional welfare
