Responsibilities:

With this role, you will be required to assist the class teacher with children with complex needs, as well as support children with visual and hearing impairments.

* Supporting the class teacher

* Working with children individually and in small groups

* Encouraging children to reach their potential

* Manage difficult behaviours

* Encourage and inspire SEN students

Requirements:

* SEN TA experience

* Experience with visual and hearing impairments

* TA Qualifications

* DBS certificate

* Willing to encourage children to succeed

* A caring and patient personality

* A full driver's licence
