A special school in the Burgess Hill area is looking for a teaching assistant to join their outstanding school and be part of their amazing support staff.
The school supports students from ages 4 to 14 year olds. The school is built to be able to accommodate a diverse range of special needs and disabilities. You would be part of an integral team within the school and would benefit from training and support through out your journey there.

Your responsibilities will include:
1:1 and group lead sessions
Assist the class teacher with day to day class preparation
Support students to raise their level of attainment
Encourage students to work toward a life of independence

Skills required for this role:
An understanding or experience working with SEN children from ages 4 to 13
Good Maths and English skills
A positive personality that encourages and promotes the well being of children
