With hands on and creative projects, you will work alongside several teachers and teaching assistants to help students to learn key life skills. Whether you prefer playing instruments in the sensory gardens to finding information in their specialised interactive room, you will never be bored as the curriculum will be filled with exciting tasks through out each day.

Job responsibilities:
- To work alongside students in one to one and group settings
- Encourage good behaviour and rewards
- Motivate students to participate in all activities
- Assist student to help build communicational skills with peers and staff
- Participate in extra curricular training

Key Skills:
- Have experience working with SEN, Education and support worker roles
- Own means of Transport (essential)
- Understanding of Autism and complex needs
- Adaptable to work alongside students in KS1 - college level
