With several students to your class, you will work alongside the main teacher to support students in one to one and group settings to overcome their barriers to learning, in practical and interactive sessions.

Job responsibilities:
- To be flexible working alongside KS1- College level
- Understand the needs of each student (socially and emotionally)
- Admin - Preparing resources for the main teacher for each session
- Providing the best welfare and safeguarding for each student
- Participate in all activities through out the day

Key Skills:
- Have experience working with Autism and Complex needs
- Experience in Care, Education, SEN and support worker roles
- Have own means of transport (essential)
- Flexible and adaptable to change
