Do you need to work flexible hours? Have you got experience working with SEN or EBD? We are looking for supply teaching assistants for day to day supply at SEN\EBD Schools in and around the Cambridge/Ely area. This is a great opportunity to gain invaluable experience in some outstanding learning environments. This may lead on to potentially being offered a long term or permanent position!

Responsibilities:
- Assisting children in the classroom and at playtime
- Providing a calm and safe environment for all students
- Providing feedback to teacher on student's progress and development
- Creating a secure and positive classroom environment
- Willingness to learn and build relationships with learners

Requirements:
- previous experience working with students who display challenging behaviour or have SEN
- Ability to build rapport quickly with students and staff
- The ability to work as an individual and as part of the team
- Have an understanding of students with emotional needs
- A driving licence is not necessary for all locations but is beneficial
- Be able to work with learners who have various learning difficulties
