We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a warm and friendly school for children with learning difficulties and speech and language needs. You will support students with an interactive and practical curriculum and guide them to find independence and social skills by building strong and positive relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:
-Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups with pupils
-Providing feedback to teacher on students' progress and development
-Creating a secure and positive classroom environment
-Supervising and monitoring behaviour
-Following the individual learning plans set by the teacher

An ideal candidate may possess the following skills and capabilities:
-The ability to build positive and appropriate relationships with students and teachers
-A passion for working with SEN children
-Own means of transport
-The ability to support the general well-being of students
-Good numeracy and literacy skills
