Have you got experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) pupils?
Do you want to take a new step in your career and further your professional development?

We are looking for a committed and positive individual to support pupils with SEN. The needs can vary from severe learning difficulties (SLD), moderate learning difficulties (MLD) and profound multiple learning difficulties (PMLD). You may be working with pupils of primary school age or secondary school age. You will be based in a school in Greater Manchester. You may be required to help with pupils emotional, social and addition care needs.

The responsibilities of this role include:
*Supporting the teacher within the classroom
*Helping to devise lesson plans
*Working on a one to one basis with pupils or in small groups to help aid learning development
*Supporting the pupils with any additional needs they may have

The requirements for this role are:
*A DBS that is on the update service
*Experience working as a teaching assistant
*Experience working with pupils with SEN
*A dedication to providing excellent support to pupils to help them to reach their full potential

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain some amazing experience as a teaching assistant and work with specialist staff teams that will help you to gain the skills needed to be a successful SEN teaching assistant.
