Working as a special educational needs (SEN) Learning Support Assistant you will be working with children and young people who need extra support, or require a tailored programme of learning in order to reach their full educational potential.

We have a full time, permanent opportunity available within a unique specialist school in South Gloucestershire. You may work with individuals who have physical disabilities, sensory impairments (i.e. hearing or visual), speech and language difficulties, conditions such as autism, social, emotional and mental health needs, or have a combination of these difficulties.

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN. You will need to be able to identify individual needs and be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating and supportive learning environment.
