A school in the Worthing area is looking for an SEN teaching assistant to join their well structured and thriving school. This SEN TA role is only for someone who is committed as the role is vital in the students sense of continuity.

Adapting support according to needs
Looking after children's physical, social and emotional welfare
Working inside or outside the classroom with individuals or groups
Encouraging children's confidence, self esteem and independence

The skills required:
Experience working with Autistic learners children or vulnerable adults
A positive, energetic and enthusiastic outlook
Ability to respond to the needs of the children and adapt or change plans accordingly
Patience, understanding and empathy with pupils and parents
Good Maths and English
