Are you talented in design technology?
Are you looking to apply your creative skills within an SEN setting?
Do you have experience working with Autistic children?

If you have answered "Yes" the get in touch now!
This role is for a September start in a lovely school in the Worthing area. The school works with students from the ages of 7 to 14. The students are all on various level of the autistic spectrum which means the candidate must have experience and an understanding of working with special needs students. Your role will be to support the design technology department as well general teaching assistant support when need through out the school.

Responsibilities will include:
Ability to lead and manage 1:1 and group sessions
Supporting learners through out their school day
Aide in planning and preparing lessons with class teacher
Assess and monitor learners' progress

The ideal candidate may posses the following skills and capabilities:
Good maths and English skills
Have an understanding of the students with complex emotional needs.
Have a good understanding of the needs of autistic learners
Willingness to learn and build relationships with learners.
