The successful candidate will join an experienced team, trained to deliver a specialised curriculum to students with Autism and speech and language needs. You will ensure that each student can overcome their barriers to learning through different interventions and lesson plans, while expanding your skills through specialised training sessions and practical experience.

Job responsibilities:
- Attend training days and weekly meetings
- Support students in daily sessions and learn how to boost their progress
- Understand how to plan and deliver effective lesson plans
- Shadow the main teacher in supporting students with SEN needs
- Teach different year groups from KS1 - college level
- Provide the best care and welfare support for all students
- Build effective relationships with peers and staff


Key requirements:
- Experience supporting students with SEN
- Own means of transport
- Grade C and above in English and Maths

This role will be on a permanent basis starting with immediate effect. This role will be on the outskirts of Cranleigh.
