We are seeking to appoint a friendly, professional, efficient and reliable Senior Admin Officer to join the team in our client's busy school office.
This is a permanent position starting ASAP and you will be expected to work from 8.00am-4.00pm Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will include the following:
- To manage the school office ensuring the organisation and efficient execution of
all school office activities
- Manage the school's financial computer system (FMS), have a thorough knowledge
of all functionality, troubleshoot where necessary and act as System Manager for
the system
- To contribute to the overall ethos, work and aims of the school
- Maintain a record of work undertaken by supply staff and ensure accurate salary
claims are processed against the school's account
- Ensuring that FSM data is accurate and that that all paperwork is current
- Responsibility for collecting school dinner and breakfast club monies
- Assist appropriate staff to collate and transfer pupil information
- To implement the school's admission and appeals policies ensuring that they comply
with current legislation
- Ensuring that registers are kept up to date with details of attendance and that
emergency contacts are readily available
- General reception duties as to answer the phone and take messages for staff as necessary

These are some of the requirements that we need from you:
- Experience of working as part of an administrative team
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one which Randstad can support you on
- Experience working with children or young people with additional care needs
- Proof of your eligibility to work in the UK together with a few other documents
- 2 recent relevant references
- Ability to collate statistical data and present both orally and in written reports
- Ability to respect confidentiality
- Knowledge of using information systems including computerised systems (SIMS /
- FMS) in an administrative environment or willingness to learn
