Are you a senior administrator/executive assistant looking for a temp job for a minimum period of 3-4 months possibly longer? Do you have experience of supporting 2-3 senior managers and their teams, keeping many plates spinning at the same time? Are you available immediately and can you work 5 days a week? As a senior administrator/executive assistant, you will be supporting the HR director, head of talent and head of award plus their teams. On a day to day basis you will be;
*Arranging travel and accommodation
*Booking meetings and making all required arrangements
*Taking notes at team meetings
*Supporting with diary and ensuring key stakeholders are where they need to be and when
*Dealing with day to day correspondence
*Managing expenses
*Supporting with general administration

Skills and experience required;
*Min of 5 years experience of working within a senior admin/executive assistant role
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Able to manage a large amount of tasks at any one time, whilst being able to prioritise
*Ability to travel to meetings at other locations if ever required
*Strong sense of "whatever it takes to get the job done"
*Ability to push back to other stakeholders
*Confidence to be able to tell HR director where and when she should be

This is a temporary job for a minimum period of 3-4 months, but will highly likely be extended. You must have the required minimum level of experience to be considered for this high level opportunity, no allowances can be made.
