Senior Applications Solutions Architect - Home based - Transport & Logistics - up to £90,000A successful, large-scale transport and logistics business is urgently seeking a new Senior Applications Solutions Architect to join their team. It is a great time to be joining the business as they invest heavily in their technology platforms - right across core enterprise applications, WMS, Transport Management systems and data solutions.This role is based from home, with occasional travel to other sites. So you can be based anywhere in the UK.You will be hands-on with the architecture, but also leading a small team of Applications Architects responsible for the end to end solution design, roadmaps and technical analysis across each of the key applications domains in the business - enabling them to deliver innovative new product services to customers. As the successful candidate you must have:- A strong track record as an Applications Solutions Architect working on large-scale applications- A background in the transport & logistics sector would be an advantage- Must have experience of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) OR Transport Management Systems- Any Architecture experience across enterprise applications such as ERP or CRM would be an advantage- A background in Architecture standards such as TOGAF or COBIT or ITIL- Excellent communication skills and able to be business facing You will be rewarded with an excellent package that includes:- Basic salary of circa £80,000 - £90,000 depending on skills and experience- Bonus- Pension- Healthcare- Home working- Flexible working This is an urgent vacancy where the hiring manager is looking to shortlist for interview immediately.
