job description

An award winning and AJ100 architectural practice, based in Kent, is currently looking for a qualifed Senior Architectural Technician with at least 4 years experience.

This practice is reknowned for its work in the residential and eductional sectors, mainly within the UK alongside some international projects. You will work on various projects and have the opportunity to be a part of all stages of the design and construction process. The ideal candidate will need to be skilled at working within large projects and coordinating with technical teams, and be able to work independently. The candidate should have proven design and/or construction technical knowledge.

Requirements:



* Minimum 4 years experience
* UK project experience
* Good knowledge of UK building/planning regulations
* Accomplished design skills and construction detailing knowledge
* Excellent report writing and presentation skills, including InDesign and Photoshop knowledge
* Proficient in ArchiCAD, knowledge of Revit is advantageous
* BIM experience - working in practice
