The client are one of the UK's top 10 house builders with a regional office based in Surrey that specialises in the development large, flagship housing projects across the South.

They are currently recruiting for a Senior Build Manager to report straight into the Build Executive and be responsible for 3/4 large 300/400 unit residential sites. Candidates must have an award winning portfolio of overseeing large residential developments, must have at least 5 years experience working as a Contracts Manager or Build Manager for a house builder and must be based within an hour radius of Guildford. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £85k + package.

As a Contract Manager you will be responsible for:

- Liaising closely with the Site Manager to make sure the day to day running of the project goes smoothly
- Involved in site staffing as well as contract planning, programming and costing

To be successful for this job, you will have Contracts Managing experience, ideally gained within a trade's capacity. You should have a degree in Construction Management but not essential.
