Senior Building Surveyor, MRICS professional, Surrey.

I am working with an Independent Chartered Surveying practice who are looking to speak to Building Surveying professionals in the local area who would be keen to join them in a Head of or Partner level position. This a rare opportunity to join a small practice who have built up an excellent reputation within the industry.

The practice offer a wide range of services to clients providing expert advice on both residential and commercial property matters. Taking on a leadership role you will be responsible for the development and growth of a small building surveying team.

Ideally you will have:



* Circa 10 plus year's experience
* Consultancy experience
* Member of the Association of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
* BSc in Building Surveying or related subject
* Excellent client facing skills and man management skills
