Senior Construction Manager (Fit Out) - Central London - £350 a day

An experienced Senior Construction Manager is required for a £200m new build commercial project based in Central London. The scheme started in early 2017 and has now reached the cladding and 1st fix internal fit out stage. Overall project completion is currently scheduled for Autumn 2019. An out on site Senior Construction Manager is required to manage Fit Out Packages (M&E, drylining, carpentry, painting & decorating). The successful candidate will ideally have experience of managing similar packages / projects of at least £50m in value. It is also essential that the Senior Construction Manager has experience of assisting with design & programming prior to works commencing on site.

Role/duties:
Reporting to a site based Project Director on site to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Construction Manager will also liaise with the client & associated consultants & be able to chair regular progress meetings.

Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
