Are you an experienced Customer Service Coordinator? Looking for your next permanent position within the Bradley Stoke area?

Our client, a leading housing developer is looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their team within the Bradley Stoke area.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a coordinated approach to the delivery of Customer Service to both the internal and external customers.

* Handle incoming communication from customers, third party representatives, sub-contractors, suppliers and colleagues which are logged.
* Update the CRM system with all new information
* Arrange appointments between customers and other members of the team.
* Raise job sheets on the CRM system for defects reported in customer homes and chase sub-contractors for updates
* Process visit reports and enter task instructions to technicians and sub-contractors
* Order sub-contractor labour and materials
* Maintain files and track deliveries for materials
* Process invoices from suppliers and send to the necessary department to be processed
* Coordinate appointments
* Make outgoing welcome and courtesy calls to customers


* Must have worked within a Customer Focused environment previously
* Great communicator, both verbally and in writing
* Ability to adapt communication style to the audience
* Ability to prioritise and organise tasks in order of importance
