Design Manager

Are you an experienced Design Manager looking to join an established and nationally recognised Contractor? Do you want to work within a friendly and talented team managing a small team?

Client: An award winning nationally recognised Contractor are now seeking a Design Manager to be based from the Surrey based office. Projects range from 2 - 30 million and cover industries such as MOD, Residential and Healthcare with the vision to open more projects such as Leisure, Hospitality and Retail!

Requirements



* Previous experience as a Design Manager working for a Main Contractor
* Project experience in Commercial & Education is ideal
* Experience managing a team of Design Coordinators
* Ability to work of both pre-tender designs and post tender with projects up to £20 million
