Senior Design Manager

Permanent Opportunity for an experienced Design Manager - Salary up to £70k - Based in Sussex

Client: An award winning nationally recognised contractor are seeking a Senior Design Manager to join their succesful team. With a turnover of approximately £60 million and a strong presence in the commercial market, this is an exciting time to join as they continue to grow.

As they have grown, they have established themselves amongst a wide range of clients. and therefore projects range from healthcare to education and from £2 - £30 million, bringing with it variety for all involved!

They are strong believers in progressing and promoting within, and you will supported and guided to reach your full potential.

The Role:

As a Design Manager, you will be intitally be responsible for a large new build steel frame commercial building to the value of £20 million, experience in projects to this value is essential.


* Previous experience as a Design Manager working for a Main Contractor
* Project experience in Commercial & Education is ideal
* Experience managing a team of Design Coordinators
* Good problem solvers
* Work well under pressure
