Senior Digital Engagement Specialist
Do you want to increase engagement with a globally renowned human rights charity? Have you got campaign experience and have worked or volunteered in a charity? Have you managed people and strategised a multi platform digital campaign?
This could be the opportunity for you!
The salary for the Senior Digital Engagement Specialist is £41,000 - £43,000
This celebrated international human rights charity is looking for a Senior Digital Engagement Specialist for a 1 year Fixed Term Contract. This is a maternity cover position and is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in this field. Read on for further information!

Requirements:
*Demonstrable experience of devising and delivering large scale digital campaigning and engagement strategies
*Digital engagement experience (on both a strategic and practical level)
*Experience working on a campaign (charitable or commercial)
*Candidates may come from a charity or commercial background, but must have an affinity with the causes of this charity
*The ability to adapt one's tone of writing for the voice of this charity and for the targeted audience
*Systems knowledge will ideally include Drupal CMS, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, and Google Analytics
*Willingness to get involved and pitch in - the 11 strong Comms team is a very collaborative environment and the new team member must also be enthusiastic and team-minded
*Solid Comprehension of marketing and engagement analytics. You will work with the data team on this and work collaboratively on analysing successes and implementing improvements
*Internal and external stakeholder management experience is key
*Experience negotiating with and managing external vendors and third parties is desirable but not essential
*SEO knowledge favourable but not essential
Responsibilities:
*Responsibility for overall delivery of the team's online digital campaigning
*Strategy and delivery of digital engagement strategies
*Line management of 2 Digital Engagement Specialists
*Supervision of editorial quality and accuracy
*The production of Imaginative, accessible and relevant content
