job description

*Electrical Engineer*

I am working on an top opportunity for an Electrical Engineer with a highly regarded M&E Sub-contractor.

Over the years they have acquired experience across a range of project sectors including: commercial, residential, Healthcare and Education.

The project would be working on a £14M high end 5* residential project based in South London. (all projects are based in and around London)

There is great scope for progression and the company believe in developing and nuturing the staff to move through the company.

Role Requirements:



* Over 8 years of experience from a building services background.
* Experience in working across multiple RIBA stages.
* Competent with technical report writing.
* Highly technical design abilities as well as survey experience.
* Proven ability leading multiple projects.
* Degree qualified in Building Services or Electrical Engineering.
* Client facing & technically competent.
* Maintain and develop relationships with key clients.
* Supporting and mentoring more junior team members.
* Financial management skills - Ability to understand and control changes and negotiate additional fees with the client that may be due.
* Be efficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Dialux, Relux, Amtech and other relevant design software.
* The drive to progress in their career to a Principal/Associate level and beyond.
* Hard working & self-sufficient.
