Senior Electrical Project Manager

If you are keen on working for a tier one fit-out and refurbishment specialist in London then this role could be the next step for you…

My client is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee projects in London & South East. They typically focus on the following sectors:

Commercial, mission critical, residential, retail, law, life sciences, healthcare & education.

For this particular role you will have experience on working on a majority of the sectors listed above. You will also have experience on working on projects up to £50 million. Ideally you will also have a minimum of 5 years in the position of an electrical project manager.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Ensuring that projects are delivered to the correct specifications and required quality / industry standards
* Delivering design and build projects
* Planning work in a way which ensures that key milestones and completion dates are achieved
* tender event schedules, design management strategy, project planning and Project Management systems
* Predicting cost to completion
* Financial management
