We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who has prior experience in a sales, recruitment or multinational consumer based organisation, to join a dynamic and market leading team in Luton or London!

Supporting the marketing manager, you'll be at the heart of helping to drive our campaigns and projects forward. An important part of the team, you'll be expected to be involved at all stages - from crafting copy of an email, circulating press releases or managing our events and campaigns.

The role has a lot of variety and you'll be quick to learn and adapt while balancing different projects. Your to do list will regularly include

*Creating content & campaigns that drive traffic to our website
*Making killer email campaigns that speak to our clients and candidates, using a new and shiny automation tool
*Using digital insights to craft relevant copy for articles that will live on our website
*Executing the social media plan, boosting posts and trying new creative ideas
*Managing events, exhibitions and seminars
*Driving award winning campaigns that cover hot topics in the industry
*Supporting the marketing manager with monthly reporting for the team and assessing the results of our campaigns
*Looking after our marketing systems and platforms to keep the business running

Skills Needed:

- 1-2 years minimum experience in a Marketing Role with a degree of autonomy, ideally withing a sales, recruitment, or construction/property/engineering business
- B2B and B2C marketing experience is ideal
- Experience in event marketing, email marketing and content creation
- Confident in managing and speaking with stakehodlers
- Able to multitask and work to project dead lines
- Able to develop exciting campaigns and thought leadership pieces
- Ideally able to drive or located in an area commutable to Luton Or in London (but willing to travel to Luton regularly) - paid for by the company
