Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

If you are lacking structure or feel like you may have hit a bit of a glass ceiling within your current business then it may be time to have a look around. After a successful meeting with one of the countries best known MEP contractors I have roles available at Senior level offering variety of work, structure and progression.

I am currently looking for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to oversee a prestigeous £30m hospital project as well a residential scheme and commercial build.

You will take a lead in liaising with clients and their representatives to ensure their requirements are understood and the contract requirements are met, as well as ensuring all commercial functions are completed to allow the operational delivery of the project.

The ideal candidate will have:



* An overall strong building knowledge
* 5 - 10 years experience within the M&E sector
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal

It is ESSENTIAL you have:



* Qualification at HND Level or higher
* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor
