My client - a market leading Main Contractor is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join a long standing team with a full workbook for the year.

Are you a Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 2 years' experience looking for a role with a rapidly growing company?

Our client it is looking for Mechanical Engineer who have been working within industry and has experience of running engineering projects themselves. Above all, the successful candidate will have the drive and passion to innovate in the role and push both the business and you to the next level.

Location: Central London

Type of project: Residential & Commercial

Salary: £45,000 to £75,000

You will need the below to be suitable for this role:

* Have come from a Mechanical trades or academic (HNC/ Degree) background

* Have experience managing Mechanical packages in excess of £5 million * Experience in managing a large site team * Hold a SMSTS/ CSCS card

* Have the ability to work individually and as part of a team Benefits:

Duties



* Undertake all works in accordance with the SLA and KPI's, site policies Health and Safety rules and regulations.
* Oversee on-site contractors, ensuring their work is satisfactorily completed in line with RAM's and contract SLA's.
* Respond to defects, faults and client requests. Work with others to identify root causes to prevent re occurrence.
* Maintain records; produce simple reports as required.
* Ensure all planned maintenance tasks are completed within the designated time period to enable full compliance.
* Proactively identify material requirements completing appropriate paperwork in a timely manner to enable service delivery.
* Undertake over time when required.
* To identify opportunities in order to provide continuous improvement for service delivery.
* Increased responsibility during out of hour's period.
* Regularly undertake day tech and shift office duties and responsibilities as required.
